Ordering
Please place all wholesale orders by email. An acknowledgment will be sent afterwards. A 25% deposit is due when order is confirmed. All orders must have payment received prior to shipment/delivery. Cancellation of orders within thirty (30) days of delivery will cause forfeiture of deposit.
Contract Growing
We specialize in contract growing. After orders are placed and contract dates confirmed, a 25% deposit is due. Once material is rooted-in the contracted pot size, another 25% deposit is due. Final 50% is due before two (2) weeks before delivery.
Delayed delivery over thirty (30) days of target finish will require additional maintenance fees. Cancellation of orders after work is performed, deposits are forfeited.
Accepted Payments
Cash or check is our preferred method of payment. Visa, MasterCard, American Express are accepted with a 3% surcharge. Net 30 days terms are available to those who have established credit with Noname Nursery. Credit will be extended only to customers with approved credit and trade references at Noname Nursery’s discretion.
Overdue accounts will lose all discounts and will be subject to a 1.5% service charge per month and/or annual rate of 18%.
Delivery / Pick-Up
All plant material is shipped FOB from our nursery in Forest Grove, Oregon. Pick-up is available Monday through Wednesday from 8:00am to 2:00pm.

Claims
All plants should be inspected upon arrival. Any problem with quality of the plant material should be brought to our attention within five (5) days of delivery. Noname Nursery will not be liable for more the original purchase price of any plant material. We do not bear responsibility for care after shipment or delivery of plant material. All other warranties whether expressed or implied, and including claims to productiveness, growth, transport, or other factors beyond our control will not be the responsibility of Noname Nursery.
